Job Description
The ECommerce Merchandising Manager will execute the Site Merchandising strategy on the website to drive the Mens ECommerce business. The ECommerce Merchandising Manager will focus on the Mens assortment to ensure we are achieving business goals leveraging our Site Merchandising strategy. You will be a key partner to Marketing Product and ECommerce team members to support the launch of products ensure presentation accuracy on the site and understand performance.

What youll get to do:
- Execute the Site Merchandising strategy online across the Mens assortment
- Partner with Digital Engineering Product Merchandising and Site Experience to understand and deliver business results and best practices
- Support ongoing product launches to ensure accuracy of information necessary for product education and Ecommerce goals
- Compile and share key learnings about Mens Merchandising on the website with crossfunctional partners and ECommerce leads
- Ensure accuracy of product information across all elements of the website
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure alignment of site presentation with key brand goals
- Support testing strategy as it relates to Site Merchandising in collaboration with Digital Engineering UX and Site Experience
- Partner with Retention Acquisition Media and broader Marketing teams to ensure Site Merchandising can help support driving these channels
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field and/or equivalent years of experience needed.
- 6 years ECommerce experience; including 2 years proven experience within Site Merchandising preferably at an apparel brand.
- Strong data and analytical experience
- Demonstrated ability to build strategies and manage crossfunctional processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Shopify Plus experience preferred
- Comfortable with Site Analytics and Site Merchandising tools

The salary range for this role is $95000 per year $105000 per year.
