Job Description
The Product Marketing Specialist will focus on supporting Vuoris Product Marketing team. This role will assist in the coordination of a variety of initiatives across Marketing Operations PR Influencer and Product Marketing. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Ops Team this role will track and streamline sample requests asset review processes and product information across multiple channels.

What youll get to do:
- Coordinate tasks related to Product Marketing responsibilities while working with internal stakeholders to develop project timelines and ensure successful execution
- Assist in the communication of change management to broader Marketing Teams.
- Assist in the sample coordination and execution of product direction styleouts to inform onmodel outfitting (ecom on location)
- Diligent note taking during product direction styleouts
- Assist in prep and organization for Brand Marketing Sample Line.
- Assist in building out seasonal shot lists to inform Creative Productions
- Assist where needed during seasonal or commercial Lifestyle Photoshoots
- Assist and support the actions needed for the asset review processes between crossfunctional partners
- Support and maintain the management of Product Marketing Data/Line Sheets
- Work closely with Creative partners for accuracy of Product Information integrated into the studio photography platform
Who you are:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience needed
- 2 years retail or marketing experience
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast pace and high growth environment
- Ability to multitask coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback
- Creative Cloud experience is a plus
- SharePoint/Excel experience is a plus
- Interest in styling/fashion is a plus

The salary range for this role is $69000 per year $76000 per year.
