Becoming part of theBusiness Advisory FS teamwill present new opportunities for you to make a positive impact as we embark on securing major international accounts to support our growth in international markets. This will meanworking with our FTSE100 clientson a wide range of advisory projects bringingdeep business and technology expertiseto help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations.
Your role as a Partner with extensive experience working in the Banking field means being akey player to lead and drive the development of the Financial Services practice in terms of:
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role:
Solid foundations inconsulting skills with significant experiencein external clientfacing consulting or equivalent roles within the banking sector
Proven track record ofselling consulting services(account planning pitching to clients proposals value proposition development)
Solid network of contacts within Financial Services
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organizationexperience in managing and leading teams developing and coaching the wider consulting team
Provenbackground leading Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility
Comprehensive knowledge on the following topics in the Banking arena:
M&A support and execution within the sector;
High street banks i.e. Barclays HSBC LBG NatWest and Santander;
Operational improvement deployments of automation and AI outsourcing and offshoring;
End to end lifecycle of technology vendor strategy through to implementation in particular core banking solutions; and
Data strategy operating model development and implementation within the sector.

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a fulltime basis but are required to commute to the office /client site whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.
Note: Mandatory 23 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
