I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure for a high end Fitness and Wellness This is an incredibly exciting independently owned Health & Wellness business. I am looking for a Regional Fitness Manager. This is a leisure job not to be missed. My client is dedicated to providing exceptional fitness experiences across their network of studios.
In this role you will very much be the face of the business. The successful candidate will have operational experience within the fitness industry. You will be an enthusiastic leader commercially astute and a focused customer service individual. You will lead from the front and this involves coaching sessions within the 3 locations.
Role Overview:
As the Regional Fitness Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the fitness operations across 3 studios. You will lead a team of coaches develop innovative fitness programs and ensure our studios provide an outstanding experience for our members. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is committed to excellence in fitness and wellness.
What do we need from you:
- Proven experience in a senior fitness management role ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Relevant fitness qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Personal Trainer Group Exercise Instructor).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
- Passion for fitness and wellness with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to create a community at each site
This position requires initiative attention to detail ability to learn quickly to work with people at senior executive level and superb communication skills. You need to have a handson cando attitude and to be an excellent coach.
