Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer with expertlevel experience in .NET and C# development particularly in building robust backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with healthcare data interchange formats including HL7 and FHIR which are highly desirable for integration into our healthcarefocused applications. This role requires a deep understanding of backend technologies and best practices along with a commitment to delivering highquality secure and compliant software solutions.

- Design develop and maintain backend components of our healthcare software solutions using .NET C#.
- Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem OOP principles and multithreading
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proven experience designing and implementing APIs.
Experience in a lead or senior developer role managing or guiding a team is a desirable.

- Work closely with frontend developers and other team members to meet system requirements.
- Spearhead the adoption and implementation of HL7 and FHIR standards within the companys ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize existing systems for scalability and speed.
- Manage database design and querying with an emphasis on performance and security.
- Conduct code reviews testing and debugging to ensure robust and errorfree deployment.
- Document development processes and adhere to industry best practices in software development.
