Essential Technical Skills
- Handson in coding is a must
- Must have experience in development project
- Ability to perform Impact analysis in detail
- Should be able to provide estimates
- Capable to perform code to optimize performance of the application
- Ability to perform estimation
- Worked on Agile based project
- Planning
- Ensure quality of deliverables.
Back end skills:
- Java
- Spring boot
- REST API
- Database (Postgres/Oracle)
- OAuth knowledge
Qualifications :
Education : BE BCA/MCA B.Tech
Essential Personal Skills
- Ability to work on a User Story independently
- Good analysis skills
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally with other team members
- Responsible for his/her own deliverables.
- Maintains agreed standards and processes applicable to the work undertaken
- He/she is a good team player.
- Ability to remain calm in adverse situation and act wisely
