Job Description
Role Summary:
The team is tasked to deliver new projects driven by customer requirements modifications/enhancements to existing areas of the applications bespoke solutions directly to specific clients and support & maintenance either through bug fixing or working with the Customer Management group on more technical issues raised by customers.
- Ability to translate LLD into code.
- Should have strong Analytical Skill.
- Should be able to write technical design specifications/documents and test cases.
- Producing code to the specification within agreed estimates and timescales.
- Ability to create Unit Test cases.
- Is able to do understand Impact of code in relevant modules.
- Familiarity with Functional Hierarchy Diagrams Entity Relationship models and server model design.

Overall Project/Task description
Production of Quality Code by team members including
Producing code to the specification within agreed estimates and timescales
Following current quality standards and procedures
Ensure his/her own work is peer reviewed
Carrying out peer reviews
Carrying out Unit Tests
Liaising with Testing and Product to resolve simple issues
Escalating other issues to the Team Lead/Project Manager in a timely manner
Continuous Improvement including
Suggesting improvements to the Development practices to increase productivity and quality
Release Management including
Following current configuration management procedures so that correct versions of the code are available for build
