Solution Architect (Identity Access Management)
Location: Pune
Experience: 10 Years
Must have skills: Identity Access Management Active Directory Entra ID
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Business Requirements:
- Solution Design: Develop highlevel and detailed solution designs considering factors such as architecture technology stack integration points scalability performance security and costeffectiveness. Ensure that the solution aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Architecture Governance: Define and enforce architecture principles standards and best practices. Ensure that the solution architecture adheres to organizational guidelines and aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with the solution architecture. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks and ensure project success.
- Integration and Interoperability: Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems applications and infrastructure. Define integration patterns APIs and data exchange formats to facilitate interoperability.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and efficiency of the solution by identifying bottlenecks tuning configurations and implementing performanceenhancing techniques.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that the solution architecture incorporates robust security measures and compliance requirements. Define security controls encryption mechanisms access controls and auditing mechanisms to protect data and mitigate security risks.
- Documentation and Communication: Create comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams design documents and technical specifications. Communicate the solution architecture and design decisions effectively to stakeholders project teams and other relevant parties.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster collaboration and teamwork across different functional areas and teams involved in the project. Work closely with developers testers business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the solution. Gather feedback from stakeholders and endusers to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the solutions effectiveness and value.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in computer science information technology engineering or a related field is often required. Some employers may prefer candidates with a masters degree or relevant certifications.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
