These ambassadors must have extensive technical knowledge of Office 365 and Copilot. Their responsibilities will include:
- Technical Expertise: Ambassadors must possess a deep understanding and handson experience of Office 365 applications and Copilot functionalities. This includes proficiency in Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint Teams and other related applications.
- Customer Engagement: Ambassadors will engage with customers provide demonstrations and offer support for Copilot features. They should be able to explain and showcase how Copilot can enhance productivity and streamline tasks.
- Feedback Collection: Ambassadors will gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with Copilot. This feedback will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Training and Support: Ambassadors will provide support and demonstrations to customers ensuring they are wellversed in utilizing Copilot to its full potential. They should be able to address any technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Documentation: Ambassadors will create and maintain documentation related to Copilot usage best practices and troubleshooting guides. This will serve as a valuable resource for both customers and internal teams.
By joining the program ambassadors will play a vital role in driving the adoption and success of Copilot among the clients customers.

- Strong command of the English and Japanese language
- Superior communication skills including active listening
- Knowledge on Office 365 technologies (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint Teams and other related applications)
- Experience with O365 web applications and feature sets
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Persuasion skills are a plus
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous
Device Requirements:
- Computer that is not joined to another companys domain neither managed by any remote management inventory systems or tools.
- Preferred: Dedicated laptop or PC for this project with no additional work or personal software installed
- OR have an additional USER profile dedicated only for this project with no other software running
- Windows 10 Pro (latest updates installed)
- Minimum of 8 GB Ram (16 is recommended)
- Core i3 processor (i5 is recommended)
- Minimum of 256GB Hard disk (256 SSD is recommended)
- Ethernet connection required
- For security requirements freelancers will not connect to the provided systems and tools using WiFi
- A minimum of 25 Mbps download speed & 10 Mbps upload speed
- No 3rdparty antivirus software installed
- Media devices that are Teams compliant
- Microphone/headset with background noise canceling (not a phone headset)
- Webcam preferably compatible with Windows Hello Technology
