Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Upwork Managed Services programs. In this role you will provide administrative support ensure quality control on deliverables from freelancers and assist with overall project management.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of administrative support for Upwork Managed Services programs.
  • Perform quality control checks on deliverables submitted by freelancers ensuring they meet project standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of freelancers utilizing the Upwork platform effectively.
  • Generate and pull reports on key data points for program analysis and management.
  • Handle customer support inquiries raised by Managed Services workers and escalate issues as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and freelancers ensuring clear communication and task alignment.
  • Compose internal communications such as memos announcements and program updates.
  • Conduct video calls to communicate project updates and resolve issues.
  • Maintain program documentation using best practices for document management.
  • Actively participate in process improvements and recommend operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address any project or workerrelated concerns.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail especially in auditing and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with the Upwork platform including Work Diaries onboarding and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work well with crossfunctional teams and freelancers.
  • Proficiency in document management tools and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvements.
  • Previous experience with excel or GSheets.
