Upwork Managed Services () is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to provide services to a client who is a global leader in the power technologies industry. We are seeking a resultsdriven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at crossselling and deepening customer engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity analytical skills and technical expertise to build highperforming campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy with a focus on crossselling and increasing customer engagement.
- Build test and optimize highimpact email campaigns and automated customer journeys using internal marketing automation systems.
- Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leverage audience insights including behavioral demographic and firmographic data to segment users and deliver highly targeted personalized campaigns.
- Use data to drive campaign strategy refining customer journeys for maximum impact.
- Automate landing page creation to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with business units and regions to align marketing initiatives.
Working Hours:
- Available to work 2030 hours per week.
- Willing to work during European time zone hours.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of handson experience with Eloqua or a very similar marketing automation tool.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing email campaigns that drive business growth.
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing to optimize email subject lines content and designs.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua HubSpot Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) ensuring seamless data integration.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for customizing email templates and landing pages (a plus).
- Experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of business dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills.
