About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with strong SEO expertise and exceptional relationshipbuilding skills to collaborate effectively with our engineering team at a large enterprise client. The ideal candidate is familiar with WordPress proficient in using tools like DataDog to monitor core web vitals and comfortable communicating across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps outlining direction and priorities.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with engineering teams leveraging basic technical knowledge to facilitate communication.
- Understand software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Use analytics tools (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau) to make informed decisions.
- Monitor core web vitals using DataDog dashboards to ensure optimal page performance.
- Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to gather insights.
- Develop user personas and apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with design marketing sales and support teams.
- Present ideas and product updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Make informed and timely decisions even with incomplete information.
- Resolve conflicts and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
- Understand market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Align product strategies with business objectives to drive revenue and growth.
- Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of product features and releases.
- Allocate resources efficiently and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer to address their needs and pain points.
- Integrate customer feedback into the product development process.
Qualifications :
MustHave Skills:
- RelationshipBuilding Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- SEO Experience: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- WordPress Knowledge: Familiarity with the WordPress platform and its functionalities.
- Communication Tools Proficiency: Experience using Google Drive Slack email and other basic communication tools.
- Data Monitoring: Ability to use DataDog or similar tools to monitor core web vitals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Product Manager preferably within a large enterprise environment.
