Minimum of 2 years experience in an event marketing role (inhouse or agency) including onsite and offsite event management coordination planning execution reporting and tracking.
Experience in creating best practice processes for all event management including event planning execution and tracking.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of events marketing materials and communications.
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and venues to secure services and manage logistics.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Conversational level of English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Efficient highly productive multitasker; selfmotivated and flexible; thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
