Job Description
Upwork Managed Services () is seeking a Senior Multimedia and Video Specialist to provide services to a client who is a global leader in the power technologies industry. In this role you will be responsible for conceptualizing producing and editing highquality video content that engages and resonates with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. From ideation to final delivery you will oversee the entire production process to ensure that all deliverables are in line with the brand strategy and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Video Production
- Manage the full video production cycle including conceptualization preproduction planning filming and postproduction editing ensuring content aligns with project goals and brand strategy.
- CrossPlatform Content Creation
- Create video content for a variety of platforms including social media YouTube websites presentations sales collateral and trade shows. Adapt content to meet the specific needs of each platform.
- Visual Project Leadership
- Lead the conception planning and execution of visual design projects across multiple mediums (Web PowerPoint presentations social media vectors infographics ebooks etc.) ensuring highquality visual output.
- Collaborative Brainstorming
- Facilitate brainstorming and briefing sessions with requestors and team members to define project goals and creative direction.
- Complex Process Simplification
- Communicate complex business and engineering processes using simple effective and visually engaging design solutions.
- Design & Concept Adaptation
- Design and adapt creative concepts for different channels while maintaining consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in video content creation including motion graphics animation color grading and sound design.
- 5 years of experience in designing and adapting creative concepts across different channels.
- Proven expertise with industrystandard software including Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator InDesign PowerPoint etc.
Education: A degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Multimedia Design UX/UI or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong storytelling ability with visual content.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and a desire for continuous growth.
- Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Availability Requirements:
This role requires availability to work up to 40 hours per week during US time zone hours.
