Job Title: ServiceNow IRM GRC ESG Lead Consultant
Location: Pune India
Position Type: FullTime
Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations with a focus on IRM (Integrated Risk Management) GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) and ESG (Environmental Social Governance) solutions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM GRC and ESG Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with expertise in designing and implementing IRM GRC and ESG modules. The consultant will lead engagements working with global clients to deliver robust risk management compliance solutions and ESG reporting capabilities. The role requires strong technical functional and leadership skills to guide the team and clients through successful project deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design implementation and customization of ServiceNow IRM GRC and ESG solutions to meet client requirements.
- Provide expert advisory on best practices for risk management governance compliance and ESG reporting using the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage endtoend project lifecycle from requirement gathering solution design configuration and testing to deployment.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (technical and business stakeholders) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation training and support to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Stay uptodate with ServiceNow product releases features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Drive ESG initiatives for clients by enabling accurate tracking monitoring and reporting of sustainability metrics using ServiceNow.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Engage with clients in industries such as BFSI Healthcare and Manufacturing to address their risk management and compliance needs through customized solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong handson experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM GRC and ESG modules.
- Indepth knowledge of risk management audit compliance and sustainability principles.
- Proven experience working with global clients across various industries.
- Strong project management communication and leadership skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
