Position: Lead Developer ServiceNow ITOM
Location: Pune/Hybrid
Experience: 57 years

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules particularly Discovery Service Mapping CMDB and Event Management.
- Must hold a ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification or an equivalent relevant certification.
- Ability to join within 30 days.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer specializing in ServiceNow ITOM to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 57 years of experience working with ITOM modules like Discovery Service Mapping CMDB and Event Management and possess a ServiceNow CAD certification or similar credentials. In this role you will be responsible for leading development activities ensuring the smooth operation of ITOM processes and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions focusing on Discovery Service Mapping CMDB and Event Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide ITOMrelated solutions.
- Ensure accurate discovery and mapping of services into CMDB to maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM configurations and processes.
- Ensure continuous improvements and optimize the ITOM processes in alignment with the business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
Qualifications :
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM and related workflows.
- Handson experience with integrations and API development within ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
