Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Specialized Hiring: Focus on hiring experts in ServiceNow Salesforce or Big Data for both India and USA operations.
- DomainSpecific Recruitment: Experience in hiring professionals for Compliance Asset Management or HRSD roles is a significant advantage.
- Salary Negotiation: Handle candidate salary discussions ensuring alignment with budget and expectations.
- Onboarding Management: Seamlessly onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Visa Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with US H1B or B1 visa processing is an added advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and candidates.
Key Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Adept at sourcing strategies negotiation and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments.
