Job Description

Reporting to the GM this is a senior member of our Executive Team and has accountability for all operating departments. A champion of the brand and our values this role plays a meaningful contribution to achieving our desired financial results.
- Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Serves as a strategic partner and adviser across departments providing input and leadership in setting goals executing our vision and enacting changes that will better the business.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills (people like and respect you) and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders establishing and strengthening meaningful connections
- A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and longterm financial objectives adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
- Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends property systems and standards.
Qualifications :
- Five or more years operating experience as a Director of Operations within a luxury hotel environment preferably resort
- Experience overseeing both Rooms and Food & Beverage
- Strong aptitude in financial management financial reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Desire to become a future General Manager within Auberge Resorts with the ability to relocate for your next opportunity
