Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and analytical Cluster Director of Finance to join our team in Egypt United States. In this pivotal leadership role you will oversee the financial operations and strategy for a cluster of our business units driving financial performance and supporting strategic decisionmaking across the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organizations longterm goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple locations within the cluster
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes for the cluster
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking at the executive level
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management processes
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
- Collaborate with other department heads to optimize financial performance and support business growth
- Present financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external auditors banks and other financial partners
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA CFA or equivalent
- 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles preferably in a multinational environment
- Proven track record of managing finance teams across multiple locations or business units
- Advanced skills in financial management analysis and strategic planning
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Indepth knowledge of international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Proficiency in budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Experience in risk management and implementing financial controls
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for nonfinancial stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as required within the cluster
