Join our team as the Director of Rooms and become one of the authors of our story. The Director of Rooms will oversee all aspects of the Ranch House Operation (Front Desk Bell/Valet PBX Concierge/Itinerary Design) and Housekeeping. The Director of Rooms will lead with our ENRICH values thereby creating and supporting a cohesive team and will be key in building interdepartmental collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

Lead by example and uphold brand standards target guest needs and ensure team member engagement.
Provide strategic and hands on leadership to oversee all areas of both Front and Heart of House Rooms Division to success in achievement of team member engagement NPS and financial goals. Areas of responsibility include:
Front desk operations & guest relations
Bell/Valet
Itinerary Design/Concierge
PBX
Housekeeping
Recruit develop & mentor department leaders in each of the above noted areas
Oversee and maintain operations to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
Create an elevated and distinctive experience for our guests while providing daytoday leadership and guidance to team members.
Serve as a thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and longterm financial objectives adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
Maintain knowledge of market trends property systems and standards.
