As a Demand Generation Manger you will take ownership of designing and implementing demand generation strategies working crossfunctionally with sales and marketing teams to achieve company growth objectives. You will be a strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset actively contributing to the success of BlueOptimas marketing initiatives while honing expertise across all facets of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution and Development:
- Develop and refine demand generation strategies with input from leadership and peers.
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels leveraging analytics to inform optimisation.
Campaign Oversight:
- Lead the planning and delivery of targeted campaigns ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Collaborate on content development digital advertising and event marketing to drive engagement.
Collaboration and Enablement:
- Partner with SDR and outbound teams to optimise lead handoff processes and feedback loops.
- Facilitate knowledgesharing sessions to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Lead Management:
- Monitor and improve the marketingtosales lead flow including lead scoring and nurturing.
- Regularly analyse funnel metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
Technology Utilization:
- Actively manage marketing tools and platforms identifying areas for better utilisation.
- Provide recommendations for MarTech stack enhancements.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Guide team members on project execution and skills development.
- Act as a role model for collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Substantial experience in demand generation or related marketing roles ideally in an enterprise B2B context.
- Strong understanding of lead generation marketing funnels and sales alignment.
- Proficiency with marketing technologies (e.g. CRM marketing automation tools).
- Proven ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance using datadriven insights.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
