Job Description
Are you a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with expertise in diabetes care Join our dedicated team to provide highquality patientcentered care and make a significant impact on the lives of employees at Wonderful Pistachios!
As a Physician Assistant specializing in diabetes management you will:
- Deliver compassionate evidencebased care for patients with glandular and metabolic imbalances including diabetes thyroid conditions and insulin medication changes.
- Perform patient histories physical exams and lab analysis to formulate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians nurses and health coaches to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support community engagement initiatives patient management referral tracking and mobile clinic operations.
- Serve as an expert in diabetes disease management and prevention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited PA program with national certification and a valid DEA number.
- 5 years of clinical diabetes experience.
- Proven expertise in diabetes diagnoses intervention and care management.
- Leadership skills and a passion for population health.
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
- Technological proficiency with MS Office EMR systems tablets and smartphones.
- Travel required to Lost Hills Clinic Delano clinic and Mobile Clinic.

- Pay Range: $150000 $175000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Additionally this position is eligible for a monthly car allowance.
