Production Lead - Beverage

What our Beverage Lead will do:

• Production Oversight:

  • Manage daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor production equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of production data including output quality and waste.

• Team Supervision:

  • Lead and mentor production team members.
  • Plan and assign tasks based on skillsets and workload requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback conduct performance evaluations and assist in training employees.

• Health & Safety:

  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment by adhering to and implementing safety policies and procedures.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and implement solutions in collaboration with the management team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and materials usage to reduce waste and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including maintenance logistics and planning to ensure seamless operations.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or shifts as needed.
