Job Description
The Utility Houseperson is responsible for cleaning all public areas.
Shampooing carpets
Stripping and waxing floors
Polishing marble
Operating sweepers scrubbers buffers walk behinds and various other floor machines
Pressure washing
High cleaning and/ or dusting
Emptying trashcans
Cleaning ashtrays and replacing sand
Picking up trash
Cleaning glass
Polishing metals
Performing bio hazard cleanup
Any other janitorial related duties as requested
Qualifications :
Previous carpet hard floor care and equipment knowledge
Minimum 1 year on the job experience
Able to communicate in English
21 years or older
