Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Housekeeper to join our team in the apartment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in common areas and apartment units ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall living experience in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies hallways stairwells and community facilities.

Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of vacant apartment units before new residents move in.

Dust vacuum and mop floors; clean windows walls and light fixtures.

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist with special projects such as seasonal cleaning or preparing for community events as needed.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their cleaning requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous housekeeping experience preferably in the apartment or hospitality industry.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good time management skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
