Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Onsite customer support incl. answering their inquiries on a daily basis
- Supporting the site engineers and formen for the feasibility of formwork solution
- Weekly meetings with the different teams on site as well as attending the costumer meetings either on site or online (MS Teams)
- Onsite training in Doka systems for engineers and the site staff
- Reviewing completing and either approving or rejecting the formwork request change
- Onsite support for nonstandard solutions and if the formwork isnt assembled according to the design
- Quick formwork design and creation of material lists
- Being close in contact and supporting the Doka Project leader and engineers
- Supporting the Doka Team Leader for checking the Designs

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- Several years of experience as a Doka formwork designer
- Profound knowledge of Doka formwork systems and Doka Engineering software (DokaCAD DokaCalc etc.)
- Very good communication skills in Russian and English (oral and written)
- Basic knowledge of statics
- Resilient adaptable and flexible personality
- Welldeveloped analytical skills and technical proficiency
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
