Job Description
Qualifications :
- Program Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating a diverse range of activities and programs for children ensuring they are ageappropriate safe and engaging. Collaborate with the SRE Manager to develop a monthly activity calendar.
- Staff Supervision: Support the SRE Manager in supervising and training Kids Club staff ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain a safe environment. Provide guidance and feedback to staff members to enhance their performance and professional growth. Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Guest Interaction: Greet parents and children addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Create a welcoming atmosphere fostering positive relationships with families and ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Child Safety and Security: Implement and enforce strict safety and security procedures including proper identification verification and signin/signout processes. Ensure all staff members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure environment for children. Conduct regular safety inspections of Kids Club facilities and equipment.
- Activity Facilitation: Organize and facilitate a variety of ageappropriate activities including arts and crafts sports games and educational programs. Engage children in interactive and imaginative play encouraging their creativity learning and social interaction. Ensure activities are wellprepared and set up with materials and supplies readily available.
- Child Engagement: Engage children in activities ensuring their participation and encouraging their creativity imagination and social interaction with other children.
- Behavioral Management: Implement effective behavioral management techniques to promote positive behavior and address any behavioral issues in a fair and constructive manner. Foster a respectful and inclusive environment promoting good manners cooperation and kindness among children.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an inventory of Kids Club equipment toys and supplies ensuring they are wellmaintained and replenished as needed.
- Health and Hygiene: Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed within the Kids Club including regular cleaning and sanitization of toys and play areas.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Food and Beverage Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication regarding childrens activities and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records including attendance logs incident reports and activity schedules. Prepare regular reports on Kids Club operations attendance and feedback for management review.
