- Adhere rules and regulation of the resort.
- Handle all the baggages (arrival and departure) properly followup and follow procedure.
- Maintain a proper baggage log.
- Maintain Lobby and surrounding clean and neat at all the times accordingly and follow procedure.
- Deliver the information properly from the Front Desk to the Departments time to time.
- Deliver and pickup the necessary items for the arrivals departures and excursions.
- Handling resort properties properly and handling of the working equipments accordingly and follow preventive maintenance procedures.
- Attend any social or promotional gatherings staff activities training or general work the department or management may hold.
- Providing a full range of portaging services including the movement of goods in parcels internal mail and movement of languages.
- Reporting of any damage or maintenance to the department head or in charge.
- Undertaking individually or as a part of the team the cleaning of designated areas of the hotel in accordance with the standards and specification laid down. E.g: Lobby area cleaning and maintenance.
- Checking all the vehicles and equipments prior to use are safe to use recording and reporting any defects.
- Monitoring of handling of Bumped Luggage.
- Maintenance of the Renting Bicycle.
- Supervision of the Luggage Room.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.
- Always be well groomed and serve guests with friendliness.
Qualifications :
- Minimum: GCE O Level
- Minimum: 1 year experience in the field is desired
- Communication skills
- Excellent problem solving & time management skills
- Able to work long hours and a team player
