We are looking for an enthusiastic and detailoriented Learning & Development Coordinator to design implement and manage effective training programs. This role will be pivotal in identifying skill gaps crafting training solutions and ensuring that our employees thrive in their roles while aligning with the companys strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify learning needs and design training initiatives.
- Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new employees.
- Organize and facilitate workshops elearning courses and inperson training sessions.
- Create and manage the annual training calendar ensuring timely execution of programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee participation certifications and development progress.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage related logistics.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance data.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve training impact.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development to bring innovative practices to the organization.
- Support the development of leadership and career progression programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in training coordination or learning and development.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong presentation facilitation and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness.
- A proactive teamoriented approach with a passion for employee development.
