Join the dynamic team of a leading Media & Entertainment company as a Front Desk & Admin Manager in Mumbai. You will manage front desk operations provide essential administrative support coordinate events and assist with scheduling and record keeping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management: Greet and assist visitors manage phone calls handle inquiries and ensure a welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies coordinate maintenance and repairs handle mail and courier services and oversee cleanliness and organization.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses vendor contracts and other administrative documents.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate office events meetings and conferences.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team including preparing reports presentations and documents as needed.
Qualifications :
Desired Skillset
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in front office management and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a strong ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
