Savoy Sharm Group is a leading hospitality company located in the beautiful city of Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. We operate a range of luxury resorts and hotels with a focus on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Area Girl to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for children in our resort. This role requires someone who is passionate about working with children and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet children and parents upon arrival at the Kids Area
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for children
Plan and oversee daily activities and games for children of different age groups
Ensure the safety of children at all times
Maintain a clean and organized Kids Area
Monitor and report any behavioral or medical concerns to parents and management
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service to both children and parents
Collaborate with other resort departments to coordinate events and activities for children
Attend training and meetings as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children preferred
Basic first aid and CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)
Working Conditions:
This is a fulltime position requiring flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
