Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Group Sales Manager (USA) to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership you will be responsible for driving group sales initiatives targeting the US market developing strategic partnerships and leading a highperforming sales team.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed group sales targets for the US market.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the group travel and hospitality sector
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of group sales initiatives
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to Sales Director.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our group offerings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problemsolving

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the Luxury hospitality or travel industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in group sales
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Indepth knowledge of the US travel market and group sales dynamics
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Very organized and lover of minimum details.
  • Sales certifications (e.g. Certified Sales Professional) are preferred
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
