We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Group Sales Manager (USA) to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership you will be responsible for driving group sales initiatives targeting the US market developing strategic partnerships and leading a highperforming sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed group sales targets for the US market.
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the group travel and hospitality sector
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of group sales initiatives
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to Sales Director.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our group offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problemsolving
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the Luxury hospitality or travel industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in group sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop highperforming sales teams
- Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
- Indepth knowledge of the US travel market and group sales dynamics
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Very organized and lover of minimum details.
- Sales certifications (e.g. Certified Sales Professional) are preferred
- Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
