Job Description
The Director of Operations for Albright LIFE will oversee the daytoday operational activities ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the participants. This role involves strategic planning resource management staff supervision and continuous quality improvement to provide highquality care and support to the elderly and disabled.
Must be located in Central Pennsylvania.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management preferably in a similar setting required.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for PACE programs or LTC required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Commitment to providing highquality personcentered care.
