CNA

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments activity and social programs.
• Checks residents vital signs measures weight and height and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without selfhelp devices as instructed.

Qualifications :

• Active CNA license for PA
• Active CPR certification
