Job Description

Responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living provides personal care comfort and support. Maintains a safe and clean environment for all residents.
Requirement description :

2 Years of LTC Experience Required
BLS (AHA) Required
IL CNA License Required
MUST PROVIDE A LETTER OF COMMITMENT

Profile Requirements:

Work history
Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Illinois

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No
