Job Description
We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the PortmanDentex business as our Clear Aligner Programme Coordinator.
The Clear Aligner Programme Coordinator will support the delivery of the Clear Aligner Programme and associated initiatives. The role will work closely with the Clear Aligner Programme Lead to facilitate the successful running of the programme.
About the Role
The role is parttime: 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week) with this time being spread across the week and weekends as required.
Key Accountabilities include;
- Support the successful running of the Clear Aligner Programme
- Manage Programme CPD tracking attendance sharing and receiving feedback forms and creating CPD Certificates
- Coordinate with mentors and speakers to ensure efficient running of the programme
- Support the promotion of the programme
Qualifications :

- Willingness to travel to all sites in the UK and ROI including overnight stays
- Highly collaborative and able to work through crossfunctional and matrix teams

This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office with full flexibility around the days that work best for you and the rest working from home.
