About the role and practice
If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Maidenhead Dental & Implant practice in Maidenhead.
- Typical shift pattern is 40 hours a week 08:00 17:00

Maidenhead Dental & Implant are a private dental practice that has played a central role in Maidenhead since 1948 providing specialist dental service to individual patients and families. Our mission is to change the way dentistry is delivered to patients ensuring that we offer you the very best personal care as an individual.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
