Job Description

What youll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the companys IT systems including servers networks and software applications
  • Implement maintain & optimise IT hardware environment standards Internet connectivity and communications for offices and vessels
  • Support on installing and maintaining applications on the IT systems on board vessels & office.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to endusers ensuring prompt resolution of ITrelated issues
  • Proactively identify and address potential IT problems implementing preventative measures to minimise downtime
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate IT projects and initiatives
  • Continuously research and recommend new technologies tools and best practices to improve the companys IT capabilities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide detailed reports on IT systems and activities
  • Manage the Active Directory & Exchange server environment.

Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration network management and active directory
  • Proficient in the use of monitoring and automation tools as well as scripting languages 
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve IT issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with endusers and stakeholders
  • A relevant bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
