Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Water Desalination Plant Installation and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the optimal functionality of desalination control systems to provide fresh water by removing salts and minerals. This role involves monitoring processes, conducting maintenance, and ensuring the water quality meets established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Desalination Systems: Manage desalination control systems to produce fresh water, ensuring efficient removal of salts and minerals.
• Monitor and Control Processes: Supervise control systems and processes to maintain water quality and volume within acceptable limits, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to diagnose faults, identify potential damage, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Repair and Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance and repairs of faulty or defective parts, prepare detailed fault reports for specialized technicians, and test equipment post-repair to ensure functionality.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards while performing all operational and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in water desalination plant operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of desalination systems and water treatment processes.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement solutions effectively.
