General Manager
Corby
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for our clients site in Corby. The client are a truly unique business going through a period of growth and are market leaders in their field. The role
- Day to day Management of a large site in Corby accountable for everything from the commercial KPIs to the operations and logistics of a busy and thriving site.
- You will be responsible for a complex operation which will be challenging but highly rewarding.
- Managing operational efficiency as absolutely paramount to your success.
- You will also have accountability for a large number of vehicles customers and third parties visiting your site.
- Health & Safety will be a primary focus and you will ensure the highest standards across your site and all of your teams are followed at all times without fail.
- Customer excellence and relationship building will be something that comes as second nature to you and your teams driven by you and your passion.
The Person
- This role would suit a Retail Manager looking for a change of direction in their career. Ideal candidates will come from large shed environments such as large Supermarkets DIY Cash & Carry Wholesale Large Trade.
- You will have proven experience within roles that have an operational bias with logistics and health & safety being a huge focus.
- Customer focused with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering customer excellence.
- Experienced and passionate about managing in highly complex environments and you will be highly organised in a fast paced environment that requires a strong confident personality.
- Highly assertive and effective problem solver we are looking for people who think on their feet and are able manage a variety of complex operations that constantly change.
The Package
- The role will be a MonFri position ideal for a retailer looking to move away from weekends.
- Salary 53000 Basic plus Strong OTE & Package
