Job Description
Job Title: CNC Operator
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase productivity
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator
Strong knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience with Gcode programming is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
