Managing around 8 sales representatives.
Providing training for the team.
Solving a problems for reps and merchants.
Deposit and settlement for every sales rep.
Sending Market situation to the sales manager.
Sending installation plan to sales support.
Performing audits and reviews the sales representatives’ tasks.
Weekly visit to merchants.
Daily following up the sales plan (value target, visit target).
Sending reports (maintenance, replacement, advertising material, spear parts) to the sales support. Sending reports about competitors of all area and regional.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree.
Communicating effectively with high negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent leadership skills
Experience in E-payment is preferred.
