• Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. 
• Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication treatments and therapies with precision and compassion always ensuring patient comfort and safety. 
• Thorough documentation: Document all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care meticulously ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. 
• Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process selfcare techniques and prevention strategies fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively. 

Qualifications :

• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical/Registered Nurse License is required.
• Current BLS
• Attention to Detail 
• Time Management Skills 
• Effective ProblemSolving and Conflict Resolution 
• Good Organization and Effective Communication 
• Home Health Experience (preferred)
