Job Description

  1. To ensure stores activities are operated smoothly and according to the Standard Operating Procedures. 

    • Manage to handling product quality stores cleanliness and quality staffs and hygiene.
    • Check bankin reports of stores to ensure daily sales takings are banked in on time.
    • Monitor and ensure smooth daily operation at the stores assigned.
    • Verification of stores requisitions which includes stock take report petty cash claim payroll hiring of part time.
    • Ensure Store Opening Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP.
    • Conduct ROR (Review of Operations Risks) on food safety SOPs product quality and health risks to ensure compliance to required standards.
  2. To train guide & coach service staff on performance & discipline and plan work shift for store staff. 

  3. Responsible in renewing stores license with local council.

  4. Ensure overall retail outlets operations are managed effectively to achieve sales targets maximize profitability and productivity increase customer satisfaction and ensure continuous business growth. It also including the monitoring and execution of marketing program.

  5. Manage customer complaints promptly and take effective action to prevent a recurrence of such complaints.

  6. Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets.

  7. Able to plan sales promotion & marketing initiative.

  8. Ensures identification of obsolete/slow moving stock and obtain management approval on markdowns and product discounts to ensure stock is liquidated as per retail /brand/category guidelines.

  9. To ensure all orders issued are delivered on time and ensure the highest delivery ratio.

  10. To conduct competitor surveys on the products features prices and the activities that are taking place in other surrounding outlets.

  11. Any other adhoc duties assigned by Management.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Certificate Diploma of any discipline. 
  • Knowledge about basic computer skills.

  • Able to traveling for several stores.

  • Ability to solve customers complaints and identifying solutions to facilitate employee performance.
