Job Description
Receive and accurately route phone calls through the propertys telephone system in a timely professional and friendly manner.
Job Functions
- Answer incoming calls on console and accurately direct calls to appropriate extensions/parties.
- Greet and respond to guests requests in a friendly courteous manner.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Receive and log all emergency calls and direct to security and/or facility maintenance departments.
Qualifications :
- One (1) year of experience in telephone switchboard multiline phone system and/or customer service preferred.
- Must be fluent in English bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Must be PC literate and able to type 30 wpm.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to sit for entire shift.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
