Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Attendant Slot Club to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests by assisting with players club enrollment account management and promotion inquiries.
- Represent the company in a friendly and courteous manner by providing information regarding club details enrollment procedures prizes and advantages
- Enroll guests in the players club using a computerized system issue membership cards and make necessary account changes with proper identification
- Assist guests with account inquiries point redemptions promotion entries and other questions to ensure a favorable gaming experience
- Possess thorough knowledge of the computerized player tracking system and maintain accurate records
- Assist with and have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities
- Issue complimentary services consistent with company policy
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of players club equipment supplies prizes and promotional items
- Perform other duties as assigned or as needed
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and player tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail
- Problemsolving skills and flexibility to work different shifts
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
