Job Description
Responsible for financial analysis/modeling for the corporate finance function annual budgeting and long range planning process assisting with investor relations and supporting ad hoc special projects.
- Develop financial models and various ad hoc analysis related to the management growth and strategic development of the Company
- Responsible for maintaining the companys financial model and related analysis including operational analytics
- Create financial projections and analysis for financings acquisitions development activities property expansions and special projects
- Assist with companys investor relations program including preparing analysis reports and presentation materials and assisting in managing relationships with Wall Street
- Collaborate with senior property and corporate management on special projects and analysis
- Lead the annual property and corporate operating and capital budgeting proces
- Work closely with the VP and CFO in these responsibilities
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 to 5 years financial analysis experience preferably in the gaming industry
- Prior experience on Wall Street or a similar corporate finance or FP&A role desired
- Experience developing presentations and messaging for internal and external constituents
- BA or BS degree in finance or business
- Proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint Access Cognos and General Ledger report writer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory planning and interpersonal skills are required
