The People Business Partner for Hola Central (Head Office) will play a key role in driving and executing the people strategy in alignment with GYGs business objectives. This role will support their respective management teams to manage the employee lifecycle foster a culture of engagement and support initiatives that drive team member performance career development and retention.
What you can expect in the role:
- Contribute to the development and execution of people strategies for the Head Office teams partnering with the business to drive key people initiatives and performance outcomes.
- Analyse people data to improve restaurant results and the overall team experience.
- Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action planning continuously identifying opportunities to improve team experience.
- Support managers in performance management processes ensuring role clarity regular performance reviews and coaching for leaders.
- Provide insights and recommendations on pay reviews bonus structures and performance outcomes.
- Oversee succession planning and career development initiatives for highpotential team members.
- Proactively address turnover risks analyse trends and collaborate with managers to ensure effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters in accordance with GYGs policies and procedures.
- Educate and support managers on employment legislation workplace compliance and performance management.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration to execute key people programs such as diversity and inclusion initiatives engagement surveys and reward and recognition programs.
Youll enjoy this role if you have:
- Previous experience in a Business Partnering role within a fast paced environment
- Advanced understanding of Australian employment law award interpretation and disciplinary management
- Experience running end to end people projects
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Coaching skills comfortable delivering feedback to all different levels in the business
