Job Description

Talent & Culture with Accor

We love what we do at Accor! Imagine working in a small but active Talent & Culture team of experts as Talent & Culture Business Partner for NSW & ACT; a crucial role within the Accor Premium Midscale and Economy division in the HMA Operations Team.

You are tasked with supporting over 23 Hotels working closely with the Vice President Operations NSW & ACT and Talent & Culture Operations community on a range of duties including:

  • Talent acquisition development succession planning for the region and salary administration
  • Employee engagement & action planning
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Industrial and employee relations
  • Drive property initiatives from a brand and/or Accor wide perspective
  • Lead investigations of a serious nature
  • Participate in and lead team projects
  • You will also travel as needed expanding your horizons and connecting with your Hotel teams

The daily task list can be long at times but as a connected team we achieve learn and support each other to the fullest.

Qualifications :

  • HR Certificates or like are advantageous but we are more interested in your passion for development
  • At least four years experience as the human resource leader preferably working in a multiproperty hotel environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of issues solve problems and make effective decisions.
  • Ability to simplify processes and create buyin at all levels.
  • A quick learner with a growth mindset 
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard supports each other and has fun along the way.
