The Internal Platform is a pivotal foundation that accelerates product development by providing a reliable scalable and selfservice ecosystem. It supports the entire software lifecycle and is meticulously tailored to meet the organizations technological needs and strategic direction. The platform enables development teams to operate autonomously in 80% of cases reducing dependency on the Internal Platform team and ensuring that compliance security and business continuity are integrated across the entire platform defending general reliability of services and data integrity. We work closely with the Product teams to increase productivity and speed up software delivery.
You will report to the Head of the Internal Platform and manage a team focusing on project success and the professional development of your team members.
Role
We seek a strategic leader to join our company as the Engineer Manager for one of Internal Platforms teams related to testing and development environments. The teams mission is to provide stable and scalable environments to streamline the process of development and testing across our products. We will work towards enhancing the developer experience improving the time of delivery and ensuring the lowest possible entry level. The team provides a set of solutions using a platformasaproduct approach to empower teams to manage their applications features and fixtures autonomously all that owning processes from discovery to delivery.
What you will be doing
Managing the team
Lead a team of 69 senior engineers (multidisciplinary team).
Facilitates the technical decision in the proper direction that meets the requirements.
Work closely with the technical leader of the team to develop an accurate technological strategy.
Facilitate communication within the team and across different departments to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Build the teams mission collaboratively and ensure that all decisions align with and aim to achieve this mission.

Understand and focus on your customers needs
Foster Platform as a Product approach
Own process from discovery to delivery
Facilitate OKR process
Enhance and facilitate communication between the team and the product teams
Set and clearly communicate the team roadmap to achieve the mission and goals
Managing the project
Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Act as a handson project manager and people leader throughout the process.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders tech leaders product teams and legal and security teams.
Develop people
Provide guidance mentorship and coaching inside the team.
Provide regular feedback to team members and help them set and achieve personal career goals.
Regularly assess the performance of team members.
Qualifications :
What will help you thrive
Proven experience as a leader in the development of multipurpose environments or related fields.
Experience in team building and leadership with excellent mentorship and coaching skills.
Strong technological background related to the whole SDLC.
Proven Product management experience in Platform scope.
You possess strong project management skills and have experience managing projects endtoend ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above but a willingness to learn is strongly valued here.
